Every dollar you contribute goes directly toward your treatments, with no additional enrollment or membership fees.
- Your $100 monthly payment is automatically saved in your beauty wallet.
- Use your accumulated funds toward eligible injectable treatments.
- If your treatment exceeds your available balance, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance at your appointment.
- Any unused funds remain in your wallet for future eligible treatments.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
- Monthly Payment: $100
- Minimum Commitment: 4 months
- Enrollment Fee: $0
- Additional Membership Fee: $0
- Cancellation Fee: $0 after completing the minimum commitment
- Billing Date: 1st of every month (or when you sign up, we can adjust date if needed)
Your credit card on file will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month, and your payment will be deposited directly into your membership wallet.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Four-Month Commitment
All memberships require a minimum four-month commitment consisting of four recurring monthly payments of $100, totaling $400. If cancellation is requested before completing the four-month commitment, the remaining payments required to fulfill the commitment will still be due.
Membership Wallet & Credits
All membership payments are deposited into your personal beauty wallet and may be applied toward eligible injectable treatments.
Membership funds and credits are strictly for the use of the enrolled member only.
- Membership funds and credits are nontransferable and cannot be given, gifted, shared, or transferred to another person under any circumstances.
- Funds and credits have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.
- Funds and credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or retail products.
- Membership funds cannot be used to pay for another individual's treatments or services.
- Membership payments and unused credits are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Membership funds may only be redeemed toward eligible injectable treatments at Endless Beauty Aesthetics.
Exclusive Membership Discounts
Membership pricing and discounts are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, referral rewards, or discounted packages unless otherwise specified.
All membership benefits are nontransferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Members may request cancellation at any time, subject to completion of the initial four-month payment commitment.
To cancel, please provide at least 7 days' written notice before your next billing date by emailing:

Upon cancellation, any unused membership funds will remain as an Endless Beauty Aesthetics account credit for future eligible injectable treatments.
These credits are strictly nontransferable, cannot be gifted or used by another individual, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No refunds will be issued except where required by law.
Membership discounts and exclusive pricing will end once the membership is canceled.
